Guest Conducting of wind orchestras/concert bands, British-style brass bands, and orchestras.  While I have experience conducting the very finest musicians in the world, I'm equally comfortable and love working with musicians of middle school age.  Every ensemble and every musician can get better.  My goal as a guest conductor is not to have the focus on me, it's how I can enable your musicians to reach their full capability.

Leadership coaching for individuals and groups.  I've received advanced leadership training at the U.S.Army War College and the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College and have over 20 years of successful command in our great U.S. Army.  I can translate that knowledge and experience to help arts organizations and their leaders (as well as leaders of any organization), to achieve their maximum potential.  From one-on-one sessions to "corporate retreats" using music ensembles to demonstrate how high performing organizations function, my goal is to make your team better.
